I love the fact that the interface is very similar to Gmail so it not hard to get familiar with the platform. In addition, the fact that we can set different permissions for each team member is great!

With Gmelius, you can manage Gmail conversations only. This means Gmelius can't build any 3rd party integrations. You will need to build complicated zaps using Zapier to integrate your CRMs and other tools.

While Gmelius does allow you to create SLAs, you can only add a tag to unactioned queries which can easily be done by rules. You can't automate actions based on conditional logic.
