“Support is slow. The replies are there, but they are rarely able to solve the problems. Usually the bugs get blamed on Google. Or we are asked to recreate it showing video, screenshots, etc. Unfortunately we don't have time to help troubleshoot, all we can do is describe our issues.”

With Hiver, you can manage Gmail conversations only. This means, Hiver can't build any 3rd party integrations. You will need to build complicated zaps using Zapier to integrate your CRMs and other tools.
Helpwise allows you to connect multiple channels like Gmail, Outlook, Social media, Live Chat, Whatsapp, SMS & more to its platform. You can connect your CRM using our native integrations which sync data both ways.
You can only use your personal email to reply on a conversation thread. And when you do, your reply is shared with everyone who is on that thread. This means, you can't reply to the customer privately.
You can choose to either move the conversation from the shared inbox to your private inbox to reply privately or you can set up exclusive From names for your shared inbox Email ID.
If an agent is unavailable, Hiver doesn't automatically distribute and assign their work to other agents. You have to assign it to them and then manually tell them to assign it back to you to complete the work.
